Randy Wise
Dealer
Randy Wise has spent his entire professional career in the automotive industry. Growing up in Waterford, it was a business that always appealed to him. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. In 1989, he took over his first store in Flint with Chevrolet. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the county. In addition, he is a significant contributor to The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. No company ever succeeded on negativity, and Randy constantly pushes this message across all of his dealerships. Due to his commitment to youth, his community and his profession, Northwood University presented the Dealer Education Award to Randy in 2019.
Chris Wise
Vice President
Chris Wise, a Grand Blanc native, earned his degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2000. He began his career in investment banking in Chicago before returning to Michigan to join Randy Wise and complete the National Automobile Dealer Academy in 2005. With extensive experience across all areas of dealership operations, Chris has held leadership roles managing Lincoln/Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Randy Wise Toyota locations. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Randy Wise Automotive Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. A committed community leader, Chris currently serves on the board of the United Way of Genesee County and has previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
Chris Boan
General Manager
I have worked with the Randy Wise Team since January 2018. The best part about being a part of the Randy Wise Team is the family atmosphere, great co-workers. My wife Christine and I have been married since September 2011, together we have four children. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy football and golfing in my free time.
Tony Holland
New Car Sales Manager
I have worked with the Randy Wise Team since September 2017. My favorite part about working with this team is that we all share the same goal which is to help serve our customer's vehicle needs, the best we can. I have been married to my wife Allison since August 2018 and together we have one child. Outside of work I enjoy watching my family grow. I also enjoy golfing, fishing, boating and enjoying Northern Michigan.

I have worked with the Randy Wise Team since November 2008. My favorite part of working with the Randy Wise Team is the team atmosphere. This team genuinely cares for one another and strives to help each other succeed. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two children. I also enjoy hot rods, off-roading, dirt bikes.
Diana Miles
Controller
I have worked with the Randy Wise Team since January 2015. The best part about being a part of this team is the people! We have a great friendly, family atmosphere. I have been married to my husband Kurt since May 1999, together we have two children. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and our dogs at our cabin. I also enjoy fishing and jet skiing.

I have worked with the Randy Wise Team since July 2013. The best part about working with this team is the positive family atmosphere. I have been married to my wife, Ta'Mara since May 1993 and together we have two children. Outside of work I enjoy golfing, hunting and fishing.

I have been a part of the Randy Wise Team since July 2019. My favorite part about working with this team is the family friendly environment. Randy & Chris are truly caring and generous individuals. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my fiancee Ryan. I also enjoy hiking, gardening, and playing computer games with friends.
